Shoulder massages are one of life’s greatest pleasures. Many people hold a great deal of tension in their shoulders from sitting at their desks hunched over all day so it’s essential that they get some relief. While this massager is a shoulder and neck massager, first and foremost, we’ve found that you can also use it on a number of different areas to bring unexpected and much-needed relief. Below is a quick list of ways to get more mileage out of your shoulder massager.

Naipo shoulder massager is one of top 10 best neck and shoulder massagers list out at Painawaydevices.com.

1. Massage Your Hands

This one isn’t as obvious as the others but it bears mentioning because of how good it is. If you’re not convinced of the benefits of a good hand massage then you can check out this article about that. If you’re someone who works with their hands and you sometimes get cramping this is a real game changer and it’s simple. Take out your shoulder massager, place it on your lap with the nodes facing up towards the ceiling and rest your hands gently on the nodes. Make sure to turn to heating function on for extra relief. We know it sounds silly but once you try it we’re sure you’ll love it just as much as we do.

2. Massage Your Thighs

This is one is pretty basic but helpful, especially if you’ve been walking or running a lot.
Sore quads are no joke and this massager aids in muscle recovery. You can strap it to one leg at a time or do both at the same time. We suggest doing each leg individually so that they each get the most attention possible from the massager but if you’re stressed for time you can always do both legs at once.

3. Massage Your Calves

This one is reasonably intuitive and easy to pull off, but we like to do this one with a twist. Conventional knowledge would have you strap it around both calves at the same time, but we think it’s possibly better to do each leg individually and then switch over. The reason we think it’s best to do one leg at a time is because it allows all 4 nodes to hit your muscles at once instead of just 2 nodes for each leg. That said if you prefer to do both legs at once it’s fine and shouldn’t take away from your massage experience.

4. Massage Your Sides

This one is a bit trickier than the rest but if you’re patient and creative you can do this on each side.

The best way to approach this is to lie on your side on your couch or bed and let your side rest gently on the massager. We suggest doing 10 minutes on each side. The beauty of this approach is that you can still use your laptop or watch TV comfortably while our massager works out the kinks in your sides.

Quick Note: if you put too much pressure on your side while massaging it might feel uncomfortable so we suggest that you don’t fully rest your side on the massager.

5. Give Yourself A Belly Rub

Got a stomach ache and need a belly rub to ease the pain. You can actually use this neck massager on your stomach. The way we recommend doing this is to lay on your bed and place the massager on your stomach and let it go to work. The heat function is especially soothing if you do decide to use this massager on your stomach and we recommend that you try it out. This also doubles as a sleep aid in this case since it is so gentle and soothing.

Who would have thought that a simple neck and back massager could be used in so many different ways! Are there special ways that you use your massager that we didn’t list here? Please write them below.
